Keeping Up with Our Continuing Coverage
The interpretive questions about the SEC’s share repurchase disclosure rules are streaming in, so you will want to keep up with our continuing coverage of this and other SEC rulemaking developments. You will not want to miss our upcoming webcast – “Managing the New Buyback Disclosure Rules” – which will take place at 2:00 pm eastern time on Wednesday, May 24.
