More Small Business Capital Raising Resources from the SEC
The SEC Small Business Advocacy team continues to expand its capital raising Building Blocks, which are user user-friendly educational resources that explain securities law fundamentals in plain language. The new topics are:
– How do I know when I am ready to take my company public?
– What does it mean to be a public company?
– What does the SEC have to do with my private company?
