The SEC’s Office of the Advocate for Small Business Capital Formation just issued its 2022 Annual Report, which highlights the OASB’s activities during the year and discusses the overall state of capital formation, the capital needs of early stage and more mature businesses, and other matters. There’s a lot of interesting data in the report, but one thing in particular that I’d like to note is that on p. 6 of the Report, the OASB singles out Deputy Director Sebastian Gomez Abero’s appearance on our own Dave Lynn’s “Deep Dive with Dave” podcast as one of the year’s highlights.
