At “SEC Speaks,” no real
At “SEC Speaks,” no real bombshells were dropped. However, the SEC staff did note that there is some possibility that the upcoming final rules on broker uninstructed votes could still be applied to this proxy season. But the staff did not indicate when the final rules would be adopted – so the likelihood of this appears relatively limited to us.
