Reverse Splits: SEC Extends Comment Period for Nasdaq’s Proposal
The SEC has extended the comment period for Nasdaq’s proposal to require notice & disclosure of reverse stock splits, which John blogged about in July. This means that, under Exchange Rules, November 1st is the date by which the Commission will either approve or disapprove, or institute proceedings to determine whether to disapprove, the proposed rule change.
