Because — let’s face it — shutdowns or threats of shutdowns have come to feel like the new normal in recent years. Tuesday’s panel “The SEC All-Stars: Proxy Season Insights” will also discuss what’s new and what’s on the horizon for SEC guidance and rulemaking and current hot topics – including AI, geopolitical risk and shareholder engagement.
