I was in Washington, DC over the weekend amidst the crush of tourists flocking to our nation’s capital to experience the beauty of the cherry blossoms, which is always one of the first signs of Spring that makes one living in the mid-Atlantic region excited for the warmer (and longer) days ahead. But this morning, I am skipping right over the Spring and Summer months and focusing on my favorite season, Autumn, and our two annual Conferences now scheduled for October 21-22 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Believe it or not, now is the time for me to start encouraging you to register for our 2025 Proxy Disclosure and 22nd Annual Executive Compensation Conferences. By the time October rolls around, you will undoubtedly be quite tired of hearing from me concerning these Conferences, and if that is in fact the case, I will be satisfied with a job well down. Registration for the conferences is now open, and you can now take advantage of our early-bird rate. In October, I look forward to an opportunity to participate in some lively (and insightful) discussion of all of the developments that we are going through during this proxy season and beyond. I certainly hope that you can join us, and it is by no means not too early to sign up!
