The 2019 proxy season campaign was pretty wild - and the outlook for this year is "more of the same." Pat's always-entertaining webcast will recap what transpired during the past proxy season - and predict what to expect for this proxy season as well as offer strategies. Plus Pat is joined by these experts to provide color commentary:

  • Pat McGurn, Special Counsel & Head of Strategic Research & Analysis, ISS
  • Ning Chiu, Counsel, Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP
  • Bob Lamm, Shareholder, Gunster
