Proxy solicitation can more of an art than you might realize. Hiring a proxy solicitor - and at the proper time - can make the difference in having a successful annual meeting. And proxy solicitors can be very useful in predicting when an activism campaign will arrive on the horizon.

Join these experts:

  • Tom Ball, Managing Director, Morrow Sodali
  • Mark Harnett, Founding Partner & Managing Director, Strategic Governance Advisors
  • Lydia Mulyk, Vice President, Kingsdale Advisors
  • Reid Pearson, Executive Vice President, Alliance Advisors

Among the topics of this program are:

  • What does a proxy solicitor do?
  • What types of solicitation are there? And what circumstances call for which type to be employed?
  • When do you need to hire a proxy solicitor? What should you look for in a solicitor?
  • How should you work with - and manage - a proxy solicitor?
  • How can proxy solicitors help predict activist campaigns?
