Following the long-standing tradition of The Corporate Counsel and The Corporate Executive, GreatGovernance.com is an online service that provides practical guidance on corporate governance matters. The Editor is Broc Romanek.

We also have links to over a hundred sets of corporate governance guidelines and codes of ethics; model corporate governance standards from investor and other groups; and director education programs. Finally, we have a monthly email newsletter that is comprised of timely news and practice pointers and monthly webcast programs on hot topics.

Before his time at GreatGovernance.com, Broc was founder and editor of RealCorporateLawyer.com. In addition, Broc has served as assistant general counsel at a Fortune 50 company, was in the Office of Chief Counsel of the SEC's Division of Corporation Finance, acted as Counselor to former SEC Commissioner Unger and was in private practice. Broc frequently writes and speaks about corporate and securities law - and is Editor of the Corporate Governance Advisor and Managing Editor for the M&A Lawyer.
