What are the differences between the 2025 Proxy Disclosure Conference on October 21 and the 22nd Annual Executive Compensation Conference on October 22?
-
The 2025 Proxy Disclosure Conference is a one-day conference that is timed and organized to help you prepare for the flurry of year-end and proxy season activity. This event is a must for anyone involved with drafting or reviewing proxy disclosures.
-
The 22nd Annual Executive Compensation Conference is an intensive one-day conference full of engaging sessions sharing essential and practical guidance, direct from the experts, on public company executive and director compensation issues, disclosure requirements and related legal developments.
-
Can I pay for just one of the conferences if I don't want to attend both?
-
The 2025 Proxy Disclosure and 22nd Annual Executive Compensation Conferences are bundled together into a single two-day event for registration and pricing. Most attendees are interested in the topics covered on both days of the conferences.
-

-
What are the benefits of getting a multi-attendee virtual license for the conferences?
-
We offer two multi-attendee virtual licensing options. One will allow an organization to register up to seven virtual attendees and one will permit registration of an unlimited number of virtual attendees from a single organization.
-
The multiple attendee licenses allow anyone in your organization to access the virtual conference sessions (via live video webcast or the archived content) from any location - at a significant discount to the virtual single-attendee price. Even if you've already purchased a single attendee virtual license, you can still upgrade to a firmwide license.
-
If I plan to watch the conferences by video webcast, what type of equipment and connection will I need?
-
You need approximately 600k of continuous incoming bandwidth to view a panel through a 500k link. If that high level of bandwidth is not available for you, your player will either not open or will continuously buffer (i.e., freeze). If you experience this type of problem, it is highly recommended that you switch to a 300k link to watch the video. Test your internet speed here.
-
We recommend using an updated version of a Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser to view the conference platform.
-
If you are still unable to access the event, contact your IT department.
-
Information on our virtual conference platform will be available soon.
-
What if I miss conference sessions?
-
We will archive all conference sessions, so you can go back and watch the conferences at any time until October 21, 2026.
-
How do I access the video archives of the conferences?
-
All in-person and virtual registrants will receive an email with instructions for accessing the conference archives after the conferences have ended. Be sure to retain this email!
-
NASPP Registrants: If you are an NASPP member and/or purchased access to the 2025 Proxy Disclosure and 22nd Annual Executive Compensation Conferences from NASPP, your registration type does not include access to the archives.
-
How long will I have access to the archives of the conferences?
-
All in-person and virtual registrants will have access to the archives of the conferences until October 21, 2026.
-
Can I earn continuing education credit for attending the conference?
-
We will apply for CLE credit for the conferences. Most states allow credit for lawyers who attend in-person or via live video webcasts as they are airing. As we get closer, we will post a list of states for which the conferences are accredited. Should you have further questions about CLE credits, please contact our CLE provider, CEU Institute, at 800-556-3559.
-
Unfortunately, no CPE credits are available for attending the conferences.
-
Will written transcripts of the panels from the conferences be made available?
-
Yes. Transcripts will be available for conference attendees a few weeks after the conferences end and can be accessed via the archives.
-
Can I ask questions before, during or after the conferences?
-
Yes, our two “SEC All-Stars" panels will feature dedicated time for Q&A. For in-person attendees, microphones will be available for our audience members to use during those Q&A sessions.
-
For virtual attendees, a chat box will be available during all panels, but because of the fast-moving nature of this event, we can’t guarantee all questions will be answered or posed to the panelists.
-
Members of TheCorporateCounsel.net and CompensationStandards.com can post in our Q&A forums on those sites at any time and those posts can be anonymous. If you have questions in advance of the conferences that you'd like to see covered, please email them to john@thecorporatecounsel.net.
-
What is your cancellation policy?
-
All registrations are non-refundable.
-
If I am attending in person, where should I stay?
-
This year's in-person conferences are being held at the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. We encourage in-person attendees to reserve a room at the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas (click HERE to book your room) while availability lasts to maximize your experience.
