You can either subscribe online, by e-mail (info@thecorporatecounsel.net) - or by calling us at 925.685.5111.

At this time, we have four different types of subscriptions to TheCorporateCounsel.net:

1. Single User - $495/yr. (regular rate $1195)
2. Multiple Users (up to 5 persons at one office address): $1495/yr.
3. Unlimited Use (at one single office address): $1995/yr.
4. Firmwide use - We separately negotiate firmwide use proposals with law firms. Among the many benefits of firmwide use is the ability to have access to our site through your intranet without anyone having to hassle with user ids and passwords. If interested in a firmwide license, call our headquarters at 925.685.5111 or call Broc Romanek at 703.237.9222.

For multiple user subscriptions, each person will need to enter subscriber information - so each person will be issued a unique User ID and password.

For unlimited user subscribers, we will only need the number of users - so that organizations have flexibility to provide easy and quick access to our content. However, for users that wish to receive our time-sensitive E-Minders, they will have to provide us with individual e-mail addresses.

All subscriptions are based on a calendar year. We welcome any suggestions for different subscription arrangements, please contact Broc Romanek at info@ccrcorp.com.

Please note that a subscription to TheCorporateCounsel.net only provides access to the back issues of our print publications - The Corporate Counsel and The Corporate Executive - only if you are a subscriber of those print publications. "Back issues" means issues that are six months older or more - it does not include more recent issues.¹

¹Please note that access to the Back Issues of the hard-copy print publications – The Corporate Counsel and The Corporate Executive – requires you to have subscriptions to those print publications for each location. These Back Issues reside on TheCorporateCounsel.net. However, we are willing to waive the requirement to maintain a subscription of these hard copy publications for locations for which your firm did not previously have subscriptions (i.e. prior to obtaining a firmwide license) AND if it appears that your firm has only one or two potential users of our publications at those locations. We reserve the right – at any time – to refuse access to these Back Issues if your firm cancels or does not renew any subscriptions to these hard copy publications.
