About David Lynn

Before his time as Editor, Dave served as Chief Counsel in the SEC’s Division of Corporation Finance. Dave also worked in the Division of Corporation Finance as a staff attorney and special counsel, and was in private practice at WilmerHale, where he advised public and private companies in SEC matters, securities transactions and corporate governance. Dave frequently writes and speaks about corporate and securities law and taught corporate governance at Georgetown University.
