Now that the SEC's Division of Corporation Finance's has issued a slew of Compliance and Disclosure Interpretations regarding non-GAAP financial measures, companies are grappling with some of the nuances with how to apply them. In addition, Corp Fin has begun to issue comments in the wake of the new CDIs - but those comment letters aren't public because the related files aren't closed yet.

Join our experts:

  • Mark Kronforst, Chief Accountant, SEC's Division of Corporation Finance
  • Meredith Cross, Partner, WilmerHale LLP
  • Dave Lynn, Editor, TheCorporateCounsel.net and Partner, Morrison & Foerster LLP

Among other topics, this program will cover:

  • What types of questions is Corp Fin receiving in the wake of the recent CDIs?
  • What type of comments is Corp Fin issuing?
