On May 19, 2026, the SEC proposed amendments that would simplify the filer status framework and expand eligibility for scaled disclosure and other accommodations currently available to smaller or newly public companies so that all but the largest public companies could take advantage of them. *Older versions of Internet Explorer (IE 10, 9, 8, etc) that lack support for the TLS 1.2 protocol and HTML5 cannot be used to play Vimeo videos. As of January 12, 2016, Microsoft has stopped releasing updates to older versions of IE.

What you can do if you can't access the live program: If you have a scheduling conflict or have problems accessing webcasts generally (due to firewalls, etc.), an audio archive of the webcast will be posted a few hours after the program.
