The SEC has adopted significant changes to the rules governing insider trading plans and corporate repurchases. For insiders, these include cooling off periods, limits on the use of multiple overlapping and single trade plans, and certification requirements. For issuers, the rules will impose new disclosure obligations relating to insider trading policies, the use of Rule 10b5-1 plans, and certain other matters. *Older versions of Internet Explorer (IE 10, 9, 8, etc) that lack support for the TLS 1.2 protocol and HTML5 cannot be used to play Vimeo videos. As of January 12, 2016, Microsoft has stopped releasing updates to older versions of IE.
